I will not be on deviantart very much, if at all, for probably a couple years. I just wanted to let you all know so you wouldn't be wondering what happened to me.  

I've decided to start doing written commissions! Yay! Here's how it'll work:

1. You message me with a short story (~1,000 words) or poem idea that you want me to write. (I have rules about what I'm willing to write, see Request Rules below.)

2. I write the story/poem for you (I'll try to have it done within a week, and will do my best to let you know if it's going to take longer than that), and send you the first paragraph/few lines or so to let you know that it's done.

3. You send me the payment, and I message or email you the full story/poem. I will most likely post the completed work to my gallery afterwards for examples of my work.

I'm currently charging $20 per story, $5-10 per poem, depending on the length. I am willing to haggle though, so don't be afraid to ask!

.:REQUEST RULES:.

I will NOT write:
  - anything higher than a PG-13 rating
  - romance beyond "mush" level (I do love mushy romance, though!)
  - disloyalty in romantic relationships
  - anything fan-fiction related (don't wanna get sued... )
  - horror/anything excessively scary and/or gory (to my standards)
  - anything that goes against my personal values (message me if you want specifics )
  - anything in a genre that I'm not familiar/comfortable with (historical fiction, steam-punk, sports, a few others; this one is a little flexible, message me if you have something in mind)

I enjoy writing (*Note: this is by no means an all-inclusive list of what I am willing to write, just a few of my favorites):
  - stories/poems that inspire and uplift (including Christian-themed works)
  - happy endings!
  - fantasy/sci-fi
  - Male x Female romance (again, nothing beyond "mushy" levels)
  - angst (I usually end up turning these into hurt/comforts, but I won't if requested otherwise)
  - human and animal protagonists
  - stories/poems that really make you think

You can be as detailed or vague as you want with your request, but be warned that the more vague you are, the more creative license I will take with your story/poem. Hence, if there is something that you absolutely do not want me to include in the story/poem, you have to let me know ahead of time.

For now I'll just take the requests as they come, since there probably won't be very many to start with. I might start a queue later, if/when I start getting a lot of requests.
